User-Testing Feedbacks
We sent the prototype to potential users and asked to perform certain tasks based on our user journey maps. Finally, we gathered the following feedbacks and proceeded for iterations
User feedbacks
Design Iterations
Following the user feedbacks, through critical design thinking, some design changes were performed.

01 Iteration
Task: Creating New Batch

The users expected a pop-up alert while clicking outside the form for an incomplete batch creation to avoid losing unsaved changes.
Through recent changes, the alert was added with buttons to return and discard before leaving the batch creation page.

Task: Invoice Summary observation

Due to the inconsistency in design, the user got confused by the first note.
Thus, considering other components, the monthly invoice summary was changed to a green/red icon to show the growth or demotion of the following month.
